Risk Consultation
Risk Decision Support & Risk Informed Decision Making
Risk consultation is an effective way to align prioritization of departmental objectives and projects with McMaster’s Institutional Priorities and Strategic Framework.
Risk consultation can be on a broad array of topics including but not limited to:
- Risk management in a new project, study or trial
- Managing the operating risks of the faculty, department or unit
- Mitigating and managing risks associated with an incident or issue
Support in scaling and customizing the University’s institutional Enterprise Risk Management framework to a department or faculty approach is also available and will be an ongoing priority for the Chief Risk Office.
